Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Manager, you will head the technical department and oversee engineering teams to ensure project excellence. Your role includes reviewing and approving engineering designs and technical submissions, coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and driving initiatives such as value engineering and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 20 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum of 10 years in senior technical management positions
• Experience with government and ministry projects preferred
• Mandatory Ministry of Electricity approval and registration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Primavera P6
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent stakeholder management skills
