A leading Food & Beverages company is seeking a proactive and energetic IT Engineer to support its operations based in Riyadh, along with a few remote branches. This role offers an excellent chance for candidates with up to two years of experience to grow their technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting various IT systems including network devices and peripherals. Duties include handling installations, ensuring smooth operation of cloud-based point of sale (POS) systems, and maintaining Google Workspace and Microsoft product platforms. The role also involves updating sales data through data visualization tools and overseeing the renewal process for all licenses on a monthly and yearly basis. Additionally, knowledge of CCTV setup and maintenance is required to support security systems across locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Valid Iqama and driving license are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
• Practical experience or familiarity with cloud-based POS systems.
• Competence in managing Google Workspace and Microsoft products.
• Ability to handle sales updates using data visualization techniques.
• Experience or knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting network devices and IT peripherals.
• Basic understanding of CCTV installation and operations.
• Preferred experience ranges from fresh graduates to those with up to two years in the field.
