Key Responsibilities

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring that HVAC, fire protection, and related services meet project requirements. The role also involves collaborating with other teams in real estate and facilities management settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in MEP systems
• Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and integrated MEP solutions
• Experience in real estate development or facilities management is a plus
