Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team and support the procurement process. This role involves sourcing, coordinating, and managing electronic and industrial components essential for advanced systems and mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing electronic and industrial components to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory.
• Support the procurement team in supplier evaluation and communication.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the purchasing process.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and procurement-related software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
