We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance sales and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships within the Qatar building maintenance market. This includes prospecting potential customers, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also demands excellent multitasking skills to handle various sales and office duties efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the building maintenance industry.
• Proven knowledge of the Qatar building maintenance sector and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships.
• Experience using Syaanh software is considered a significant advantage.
• Preference given to Asian candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package starting at QAR 2,000 plus commission. Accommodation is also provided, ensuring a comfortable work-life balance for the successful candidate.
