Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your main duties will involve promoting and selling visit visa and other immigration-related services. You will be responsible for generating new leads and business through phone calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking connections. Engaging with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media is a vital part of the role. Following up on inquiries and converting them into confirmed sales will also be essential, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and meeting monthly targets. Building lasting relationships with clients to support repeat business is another important function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience in sales or customer service, with a background in visa, travel, tourism, or immigration services considered advantageous. Fresh graduates demonstrating excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply. Experience within the UAE sales market is a plus, though relevant international experience will also be considered. Prospective candidates must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Tagalog, Hindi, Tamil, Sinhala, or Urdu will be viewed favorably. It is required that applicants are currently residing in the UAE.
