Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Collection Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing billing operations, overseeing collections, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation to support our financial health and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for handling invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. You will monitor outstanding customer accounts and actively follow up on overdue payments. Resolving billing disputes, making necessary adjustments, and processing refunds are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will prepare regular billing and collection reports to assist management with financial oversight and help drive process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with at least two years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or similar positions. Strong skills in invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation are essential. Familiarity with financial and data analysis, along with the ability to generate accurate reports, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will help you succeed in this role. Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach are crucial.
