We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in UPS systems, power backup solutions, batteries, and related electrical power products. This role focuses on supporting commercial and industrial customers across Bahrain by providing tailored power backup solutions that meet their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include conducting site visits to assess customers’ power backup requirements, preparing detailed quotations and technical proposals, and managing inquiry and tender follow-ups. Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals are core aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

Successful candidates should possess a solid understanding of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and power distribution equipment. Familiarity with electrical panels, data centers, IT infrastructure, and critical industrial power setups is essential. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about integrating UPS with related systems such as generators, ATS panels, switchgear, building management systems (BMS), SCADA, and other backup power installations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales or technical support for UPS systems and power solutions.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate customer needs into effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Proactive in following up with clients and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
