Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in reputable software organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on expertise in solution assessment, business process optimization, and facilitating successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution including solution validation, business process reengineering, gap analysis, and solution design consulting. Responsibilities include managing application testing, conducting health checks, triage processes, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as business as usual (BAU) operations. The candidate will also employ KANBAN and SCRUM frameworks to manage software development processes efficiently while motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience in implementing two ERP cycles will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of proven project management experience in software development environments.
• Expertise in Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.
• Proficient in solution assessment, business process optimization, gap analysis, and solution design consultancy.
• Hands-on experience with application testing, health checks, triage, UAT, and BAU management.
• Familiarity with KANBAN and SCRUM software development lifecycle management.
• Successful implementation of multiple ERP project cycles is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
