We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory control and warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of proven experience managing stock, optimizing warehouse workflows, and maintaining strict compliance with operational standards in the FMCG sector. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a commitment to reducing inventory loss through meticulous data validation and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate stock auditing, and implementing effective inventory tracking systems such as FIFO and FEFO. You will lead a team to optimize workflow processes, coordinate supply chain documentation, and maintain compliance with established protocols. Additionally, you will leverage ERP, WMS, and cloud-based tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• More than 12 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control within the FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in stock auditing, document management, and supply chain coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query), SharePoint, ERP systems, and warehouse management software.
• Proven track record of minimizing inventory shrinkage and wastage through rigorous audit and validation practices.
