Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our dynamic construction team based in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires a professional with substantial experience in overseeing logistics and supply chain operations specifically tailored to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale projects in the UAE, ensuring smooth coordination of transportation, inventory, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising all logistics activities related to construction projects. This includes managing transportation and warehousing, optimizing inventory control, coordinating material deliveries, and leading supply chain operations. The role also involves close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions that support project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the UAE market
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the construction sector
• Strong expertise in transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and material planning
• Hands-on experience managing logistics for large-scale construction projects locally
• Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent leadership qualities including planning, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills
