Azizi Developments is seeking skilled professionals to join their expanding Procurement Division. Three distinct roles are available to support various aspects of procurement, purchasing, and logistics within high-profile construction and marketing projects in the UAE.

Procurement Engineer

The Procurement Engineer will focus on the technical evaluation and procurement of materials related to Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) packages for major construction projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of GRC manufacturing and supplier market dynamics to ensure quality sourcing and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments of GRC materials and vendors.
• Oversee sourcing and procurement activities to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with project engineering and supply chain teams to ensure material compliance and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience specializing in GRC packages within the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Purchase Executive – Marketing

This role entails managing procurement for marketing initiatives, emphasizing international roadshows, corporate events, and local UAE campaigns. The focus lies on coordinating vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement processes for marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for marketing events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with international and local vendors to fulfill procurement needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and budget adherence for marketing procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience, especially in international roadshows and local marketing vendor management.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator will act as a vital link between the procurement team and on-site construction teams, facilitating efficient material delivery and site logistics coordination within the construction sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate material delivery schedules with construction and procurement teams.
• Monitor logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate site deliveries.
• Resolve logistical challenges and maintain effective communication across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage onsite logistics.
