We are seeking a skilled Fabrication In-Charge / Senior Engineer to oversee and manage fabrication activities and workshop operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in mechanical engineering fabrication processes. Candidates must be available for local transfer and ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily workshop fabrication and production, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Leading the workshop team, you will supervise project execution to guarantee timely delivery while maintaining strict safety protocols. Coordination with various departments to align fabrication activities with project goals is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of experience in fabrication and workshop operations within an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Proven track record of managing fabrication teams and workshop activities
• Strong understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and project management
• Valid transferable Iqama for local transfer within Saudi Arabia
• Ready for immediate joining
