We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing comprehensive construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and executing project workflows, managing budgets, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Coordination with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives, implementing strict quality assurance and control processes, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations are also crucial parts of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in civil construction projects spanning industrial, commercial, and residential domains.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and client coordination capabilities.
• Valid Saudi driving license is required.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
