Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Technician to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with extensive experience in building maintenance and facility management within mechanical maintenance environments.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting comprehensive building maintenance activities, including civil works, finishing, waterproofing, masonry, and general repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of various building structures, contributing to a safe and well-maintained work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management with a focus on mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, finishing, waterproofing, and masonry repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently within a 48-hour workweek, excluding break times.

Work Schedule

The position entails working 48 hours per week, not including break time, with a focus on maintaining high standards of building integrity and repair.
