Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee our heavy equipment rental operations based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a highly organized individual to manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, site teams, and operations staff to deliver efficient and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising all aspects of heavy equipment rental projects, including monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of tasks. Acting as a liaison between clients, site representatives, operators, and internal teams will be crucial to maintaining smooth workflows. The role involves overseeing the deployment, utilization, and maintenance of equipment, addressing any breakdowns or repairs promptly to prevent downtime.

Additional duties include supporting the operations team, resolving operational challenges, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards, preparing regular status reports for management, and fostering strong client relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of eight years’ experience in project management or operations—particularly within the heavy equipment rental sector—is essential. Proficiency in coordinating multiple teams and projects simultaneously, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is expected.

Applicants should be comfortable working under pressure and handling urgent operational issues with efficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting tools is required. Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with various heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, excavators, loaders, boom lifts, manlifts, and scissor lifts will be highly regarded and provide a competitive advantage.
