Emirates Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Watchman to ensure the security and upkeep of a residential and commercial building located in Dubai, UAE. This urgent full-time position requires a candidate with hands-on experience in property monitoring and maintenance, capable of maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the premises, managing building security, and overseeing basic maintenance tasks. Key duties include conducting regular patrols, keeping an eye on fire and life safety equipment, supervising parking areas, and promptly identifying any maintenance problems. Minor repairs should be handled independently or coordinated with the maintenance staff when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Watchman or Caretaker, preferably in residential or commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil is essential; English communication skills are a plus.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical wiring, lift operations, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to handle general building maintenance and manage parking areas efficiently.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and readiness to work flexible shifts.
• Immediate availability to join.
