Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect specializing in design and technical coordination to lead a mega construction project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of architectural design, technical reviews, and project management on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing architectural design and providing technical leadership across all stages of the project. This includes reviewing and approving design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to maintain high design quality and compliance with international standards and local regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in architectural design and technical coordination.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale or mega construction projects.
• Expertise in design development, technical reviews, and regulatory approvals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working with multinational firms or on international projects is considered an advantage.
