Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented freelance Sales Executive with extensive experience in interior fit-out and civil construction sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the Bahrain market, a well-established client base, and the ability to independently identify and close lucrative business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves actively generating new leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales for interior design, fit-out, and civil construction projects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project targets.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based freelance position offering competitive remuneration. Earnings range from 5% to 8% of the secured project value, depending on the project’s size, complexity, and scope. Commission rates are aligned with current market standards in Bahrain.

Required Skills

• Proven sales experience in interior fit-out, civil construction, or related fields.
• Strong network and connections within the Bahrain construction and design industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results without supervision.
• Understanding of project scopes, budgeting, and client requirements.
