We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Barista Trainers to join a dynamic coffee shop team located in Al Hofuf, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting chance for trained baristas with experience to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Barista Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages while also guiding and training new staff members. You should maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Working efficiently during busy hours and maintaining cleanliness and order in the coffee shop are also essential duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trained barista, preferably with prior training or mentoring roles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving coffee shop environment
• Presentable, energetic, and well-groomed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high service standards under pressure

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Bangladesh only
• Must possess a transferable Iqama
• Immediate availability is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
