Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This multi-skilled role requires expertise in various maintenance areas to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of buildings and equipment, including:

• Performing routine repairs and maintenance of facilities and buildings
• Handling furniture repair and upkeep
• Conducting basic car maintenance and troubleshooting
• Carrying out painting tasks to maintain aesthetics
• Providing electrical and plumbing maintenance services
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of two years of relevant hands-on experience in a maintenance role. A sound understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting is essential. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge will be considered an added advantage. Candidates should exhibit responsibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
