We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on driving business growth within the building maintenance sector, including preventive and corrective maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, with specific experience in facility management or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This includes promoting a variety of services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting maintenance. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to secure new contracts and maintain existing accounts within the Qatar market.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within facility management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the building maintenance industry in Qatar.
• Preference for candidates of Asian origin.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary of QAR 2,000 along with commission incentives. Additionally, accommodation is provided as part of the employment package.
