Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer with a strong background in sourcing raw materials specifically for wiring harness production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with suppliers from China, India, and other international markets, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials required for wiring harness manufacturing.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, primarily from China and India, to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Monitor market trends to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to forecast material requirements and avoid production delays.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in raw material sourcing for wiring harness applications.
• Proficient in international vendor management, especially with Chinese and Indian suppliers.
• Good command of English, with Hindi language skills preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and procurement tracking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of 2000 SAR, along with additional benefits in accordance with Saudi Arabian labor laws.
