Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to join our expanding manufacturing team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This role primarily focuses on handling import and export shipments via sea freight, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage sea freight shipments, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure all shipping processes comply with regulations and company standards.

• Manage import and export sea freight shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate timely shipments.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and freight forwarding activities.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sea import and export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
