Al Ryum Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and bring at least 15 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with engineering best practices and safety regulations throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in infrastructure project management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex developments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Familiarity with regional engineering codes and standards in the United Arab Emirates
