Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Office Engineer based in Dammam with 2 to 3 years of experience within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be no older than 25 years and possess strong technical abilities along with relevant knowledge of construction documentation and quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical drawings and shop drawings related to various building components including exterior GRC decorations, interior gypsum board installations, air conditioning systems, and woodwork such as cabinets, kitchens, and doors. In addition, the role involves accurate quantity surveying for civil and finishing works using advanced Excel skills. Managing and organizing all required technical office documentation will also be part of the daily tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max for preparing detailed design and technical drawings.
• Strong experience with quantity surveying, particularly using Excel for both civil and finishing construction works.
• Ability to develop and interpret shop drawings for diverse building applications including GRC decorations, gypsum board work, HVAC, and woodwork.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical office procedures and documentation standards within the construction industry.
