Adline Media, a prominent company specializing in advertising, printing, and event exhibitions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager / Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a professional with a proven sales background within related industries to drive business growth and maintain strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager / Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and accurate quotations
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborating effectively with production and design teams to fulfill client expectations
• Proactively following up on prospective leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales agreements
• Representing the company professionally at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client engagements

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within advertising, printing, signage, or exhibition sectors. Additional qualifications include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Strong local network and contacts within Riyadh’s business community is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Transferable iqama is preferred for non-Saudi applicants
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
