Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Patrolling Supervisor to lead and oversee our security patrol teams at Eagle For Safe & Security. This pivotal role requires managing daily operations, ensuring thorough site inspections, and maintaining high standards of security protocols. The ideal candidate will be based in Bahrain and bring hands-on supervisory experience along with a solid knowledge of local routes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patrolling Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading patrol teams across multiple locations. Your duties will include scheduling patrols, supervising personnel during their shifts, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security guidelines. Effective communication and quick decision-making are essential to maintaining operational efficiency and safety throughout your tenure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently residing in Bahrain.
• At least 1 year of driving experience within the Kingdom, with comprehensive familiarity of local routes and navigation.
• Proven leadership ability to manage daily tasks and supervise security staff effectively.
• Priority given to candidates holding a GTS license and possessing prior experience in the security industry.
• Fresh driving license holders are not eligible for this role.
