Job Overview

We are an established engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead key activities for the prestigious NEOM project. This role demands a professional with strong leadership skills and over 10 years of industry experience, ready to join an ambitious and high-profile initiative in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering operations, managing project deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. You will play a critical role in directing project progress, troubleshooting engineering challenges, and contributing to the successful delivery of all mechanical systems involved in the NEOM development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with project management exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
