We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and requires immediate availability. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, helping to maintain smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless entry into the company. This role also involves maintaining accurate employee records and handling HR documentation with care and confidentiality. Coordination of HR activities and fostering positive employee relations are central to this position. Additional tasks include supporting payroll processes and managing attendance records while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
• Previous experience in an HR role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Immediate availability to begin work.
