Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Officer to join our team in Dammam and Riyadh. This role requires managing order fulfillment processes that ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities
The Fulfillment Officer will oversee the complete fulfillment cycle, including:
- Coordinating Store Fulfillment Services (SFS) and Customer Fulfillment Services (CFS) from order creation through to delivery.
- Printing waybills and securely affixing them to order packages.
- Handing over SFS-ready orders to courier representatives and obtaining their signature as proof of handover.
- Receiving returned SFS orders from couriers and ensuring these are returned to stock accurately.
- Contacting customers with outstanding orders older than seven days to request collection from the store.
- Raising any stock discrepancies promptly with store management and inventory coordinators for correction.
- Collaborating with receiving staff on daily shipment receiving and dispatching tasks.
- Providing coverage during the receiver’s absence to maintain workflow continuity.
Physical and Language Requirements
The role demands certain physical capabilities, including the ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and handle items weighing up to 20 kg independently. Good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective task execution.
Working Conditions and Benefits
This position involves working six days per week for nine hours daily, excluding rest and prayer breaks, with one day off weekly. Benefits include medical insurance, a monthly bonus, and travel tickets provided every two years.
