Key Responsibilities

The Senior Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet and assist patients and visitors, handle appointment scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between patients and medical staff. Maintaining a well-organized reception area and multitasking efficiently during busy clinic hours will be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive environment
• Proficiency with IT and computer applications relevant to clinic management
• Well-organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
• Previous experience working within the healthcare sector is highly preferred
