Azure is seeking two qualified Hard Facilities Management (FM) Supervisors to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise in MEP systems and preventive maintenance who are capable of overseeing facility operations and managing technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hard FM Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities and contractors to ensure smooth operations across facilities. The role demands hands-on management of MEP systems, preventive maintenance scheduling, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Additionally, you will prepare clear reports, coordinate with various teams, and maintain high standards for facility performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in hard facilities management with a focus on MEP systems
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and facility operation protocols
• Ability to lead and supervise technical staff and external contractors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce detailed reports
• Fluent in English
• Relevant technical qualifications are preferred but not mandatory
