Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead and oversee the compliance strategy for a prominent organization in Oman. This leadership role is critical to ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, coupled with excellent communication skills to influence and guide various departments.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance program. This includes monitoring regulatory changes, providing training and guidance on compliance matters, and conducting regular audits to assess risk exposure. Collaborating with senior management, the CCO will establish policies to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct while advising the board and stakeholders on compliance trends and issues.

Experience and Qualifications

Professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or governance will be an advantage. Proven experience in a senior compliance role within a reputable organization is essential. Familiarity with Omani regulatory environment and business practices preferred.
