Nabiya Sayhaat, a fully operational and well-established Desi Pakistani restaurant located in Dammam, is seeking a skilled management team to oversee daily operations under a 1 to 2-year contract. This opportunity is ideal for experienced restaurant professionals looking to take charge of a running business with an existing customer base and staff.

Key Responsibilities

The management team will be responsible for handling the shop rent, staff salaries, and all operating expenses related to the restaurant. In return, the team will receive the remaining profit as their commission. Effective management and operational skills are crucial to maintaining and growing the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in running or managing a restaurant successfully
• Ability to oversee staff and day-to-day operations independently
• Strong financial management skills to handle expenses, payroll, and rent
• Commitment to a 1–2 year contract
• Preference given to Pakistani and Indian candidates
