Job Overview

We are seeking experienced engineering professionals for multiple key roles in Water, Wastewater, and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Successful candidates will be involved in reputable projects approved by the National Water Company (NWC) and will be expected to have strong technical expertise and relevant local experience.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The vacancies include:

• Project Manager: Leading project execution with over 10 years of industry experience, holding NWC approval, with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructures.
• Civil Engineer: Managing site engineering tasks, soil, asphalt, and concrete testing and design, with at least 5 years’ experience in KSA.
• Electrical Engineer: Overseeing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with SEC, SBC, and National Grid standards.
• Mechanical Engineer: Handling mechanical installations such as pumps, HVAC, firefighting systems, and WWTP equipment.
• Project Controls & Scheduling Engineer: Developing project schedules and controls using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Quality & Materials Engineer: Conducting quality assurance, material inspections, and laboratory testing, with ISO 9001 certification preferred.
• HSE Engineer (Saudi National): Implementing health, safety, and environmental policies in line with NEBOSH or OSHA certifications.
• Quality/Safety Inspectors: Performing inspections and surveys with expertise in surveying equipment and total station technology.
• Surveyor: Conducting precise land and project surveys using Total Station and other tools.
• Quantity Surveyor: Managing cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document Controller: Handling project documentation efficiently, proficient in Oracle Unifier.

Required Skills and Qualifications

All candidates should possess relevant engineering degrees or diplomas depending on the role, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on water, wastewater, or STP projects in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is required for all roles, and fluency in Arabic is needed for some positions like Surveyors and Quality/Safety Inspectors. Prior experience with NWC projects is highly desirable.

Additional credentials include:

• NWC Approval for Project Manager.
• ISO 9001 certification preferred for Quality & Materials Engineers.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification for HSE Engineers.
• Familiarity with local standards like SEC, SBC, and National Grid for Electrical Engineers.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for Project Controls Engineers.
• Experience with Oracle Unifier for Document Controllers.
