Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee and validate architectural works to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include conducting thorough site inspections to monitor materials and workmanship during construction phases, managing architectural finishing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between structural elements and design plans. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for maintaining detailed site records, progress updates, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering and have between two to five years of field experience in architectural engineering. Demonstrated proficiency in structural tasks as well as architectural finishing and inspection is essential. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,400 to SAR 3,500, dependent on experience.
