We are looking to hire a skilled Transport Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with hands-on experience in managing truck dispatch and fleet operations. This role requires overseeing driver performance, planning efficient routes, and ensuring smooth transport operations that comply with local Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily truck dispatch activities and fleet operations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods.
• Plan and optimize routes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor driver compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients to address transportation needs.
• Utilize computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and tracking fleet movements.

Required Skills

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in transportation or logistics roles, especially within fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of truck dispatch procedures and fleet operations management.
• Excellent skills in supervising and coordinating driver activities.
• Good understanding of Saudi Arabia’s transport regulations and logistics environment.
• Effective communication skills combined with computer literacy.
