Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and relevant UAE experience. This role requires managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet both commercial and technical standards while maintaining excellent alignment between clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of joinery projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination among clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Apply strong commercial acumen to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Drive technical quality throughout all phases of the project while addressing any challenges that arise.
• Lead teams with an approach focused on collaboration and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing joinery projects within the UAE market.
• Comprehensive understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of joinery project management.
• Strong leadership abilities to keep teams motivated and clients aligned with project objectives.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
