Al-Ahli Hospital is looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. This bilingual leadership role focuses on driving growth through strategic business planning, marketing innovation, and building strong corporate partnerships within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital business development and marketing, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead efforts to increase guest volumes and expand networks with corporate clients and insurance companies. You will be responsible for crafting and executing business plans that align with organizational growth targets, overseeing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and market positioning. Negotiating and securing contracts with enterprises, government ministries, and insurance providers will form a critical part of this role. Additionally, conducting comprehensive market research to stay ahead of healthcare trends and competitors will be essential to identify new opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, specifically focused on hospital business development and marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to effectively communicate within diverse teams and with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s healthcare regulations, health insurance framework, and tender processes is highly preferred.
