We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with expertise in SPLUNK, SIEM, and Security Operations Center (SOC) management. This role involves managing the implementation and maintenance of SIEM solutions across multiple plants, ensuring robust cybersecurity monitoring and incident response capabilities. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on safeguarding critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, fine-tuning, and maintenance of SIEM platforms such as Splunk and ArcSight across various plant environments. Core duties include onboarding log sources, monitoring and resolving SOC tickets, reviewing threat cases, and integrating new plants into the client’s cybersecurity monitoring program. The role also involves vigilant monitoring of log quality and stoppages, managing endpoint configurations, troubleshooting security issues, and preparing detailed quarterly reports alongside thorough documentation practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, primarily Splunk and ArcSight.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring tools.
• Expertise in log source onboarding, log quality control, and incident investigation.
• Familiarity with endpoint security configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze threat cases and contribute to effective cybersecurity strategies.
• Skilled in preparing concise reports and maintaining system documentation.
