We are seeking a dynamic female HR Executive and Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Qatar. Our company specializes in Cleaning Services, Hospitality, Manpower Supply, and Healthcare Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business growth while managing human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing deals with clients. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Promoting our diverse range of services across Cleaning, Hospitality, Manpower Supply, and Healthcare sectors will be a key part of your duties.

Additional responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets in business development. On the HR side, you will recruit candidates for various projects, maintain employee and client records, coordinate employee training, handle employee relations, and manage HR operations. Coordination with overseas recruitment agencies will also be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to work independently are essential. Applicants must be capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure to meet targets effectively.
