We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to oversee evening operations within the Food & Beverage department. This role plays a critical part in reconciling daily sales, preparing financial reports, and ensuring smooth compliance with company standards during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

The Night Auditor will be responsible for monitoring all Food & Beverage activities during the night, accurately reconciling transactions and sales, and compiling detailed end-of-day financial summaries. Additionally, the role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the shift.

Required Skills

• Proven experience within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in an auditing or accounting capacity
• Strong numerical and accounting abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
