We are seeking a dynamic and detail-focused Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is crucial for ensuring that fresh products are delivered to customers promptly while maintaining top-tier food safety standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing teams and optimizing warehouse workflows.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations including:

• Leading and mentoring warehouse staff such as selectors, loaders, and drivers to foster a motivated and efficient team.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through real-time tracking, cycle counting, and ensuring proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO methods.
• Streamlining receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to boost operational efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Upholding strict compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations including HACCP and FSMA standards.
• Coordinating with transportation teams to plan optimal delivery routes and ensure on-time product distribution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the food, beverage, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong technical proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, managing peak hours and unexpected challenges smoothly.
