Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to lead operations in the car rental and leasing sector based in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in fleet management and operational excellence within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily car rental operations across multiple branches, ensuring optimal fleet utilization and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing vehicle allocation, orchestrating timely maintenance, and ensuring vehicle availability to meet customer demand. Leading and mentoring teams across operations, fleet, and driver segments will be essential. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, promptly resolving any issues, and diligently monitoring key performance indicators, budgets, and overall operational performance. Ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures is critical to the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in car rental or fleet operations within the UAE.
• At least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of RTA regulations and expertise in fleet management systems.
