Al Ansari Forex is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Finance to join their finance team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department by overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls. This position requires a professional with solid experience in financial management and compliance within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing various finance functions including preparing financial statements, monthly and yearly closing, and MIS reporting. The role includes conducting bank reconciliations, reviewing the general ledger, and ensuring accurate account finalization. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounts roles.
• Thorough understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and FEMA.
• Proficient in financial statement preparation, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Experienced with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and banking partners.
