Emirates Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This role calls for a proactive individual capable of managing daily maintenance activities, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance work including preventive and corrective tasks. This involves supervising technicians, contractors, and service providers to complete maintenance requests promptly while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. The role also entails coordinating with tenants, clients, and internal teams to resolve maintenance concerns efficiently.

Other responsibilities include preparing maintenance schedules, managing inventory for spare parts and materials, and generating detailed reports and documentation to track maintenance progress.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within facility management, property management, or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance teams and activities effectively.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
