Job Overview

Join a growing team as a Collection Officer based in Ajman. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to a successful company specializing in financial services. You will be responsible for managing outstanding balances and ensuring prompt payments, helping maintain strong client relationships while supporting the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to follow up on overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Review accounts and payment histories to assess outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements when necessary, keeping company policies in mind.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, client communications, and payment agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or account issues promptly.
• Prepare monthly reports on collection status and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions effectively.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
