Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at a burger restaurant located in Riyadh’s Al-Wadi District. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant activities, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
• Lead and supervise the restaurant team, providing training and guidance as needed
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service and product quality
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing a burger restaurant or similar food service establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle operational challenges and solve problems effectively
• Valid Iqama for employment in Saudi Arabia

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Salary range: 3,000 to 3,500 SAR per month
• Working hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day
• Annual leave: 30 days
