A reputable construction company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to join the Jafurah Project team. This role demands hands-on experience in supervising civil site operations and managing resources efficiently, with a valid Saudi driving license as a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising earthworks, concrete, structural, and broader civil construction activities on site. Managing daily site operations, overseeing manpower and equipment deployment, and ensuring adherence to project timelines are critical aspects of this position. Maintaining high standards of safety and quality control is essential throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven track record as a Civil Foreman within construction or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities specifically related to earthworks, concrete work, and structural site execution.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on construction sites.
• Experience in quality assurance and control during civil construction tasks.
• Familiarity with Aramco projects or holding Aramco approval is a plus but not required.
